At the Table: digital invitation for a dinner or garden party
Set the table and you know everything. Points come later.
Lotte and Sam are cooking and four friends are coming to dinner, with a nod to the TV format where the guests score the host. The invitation is their dining table seen from above, with six dotted outlines where something belongs. On the sideboard below wait a plate, a glass, cutlery, a napkin, a candle and a little flower. Drag them onto the table or tap them: each piece snaps into place and reveals a card with what you need to know: when, where, the menu, what to bring, the dress code and who else is coming. Once everything is set, the candle lights, the page dims to candlelight and a line appears: the table is set. Anyone who would rather not set the table lets the host do it. The menu is a timeline of four courses plus the points at eleven, the practical details sit on four coasters. When you reply you say what you bring, your diet and your points in advance; your name card lands on a free chair at the table right away.
The demo opens in a new tab, with sample text and sample photos.
