Frequently asked questions about digital invitations

YourInvited is an online service for making an interactive digital invitation for a wedding, birthday, baby shower or any other celebration. You pick a style, add your own text and photos and share one personal link. Your guests open the invitation on their phone and can reply right away.

Starting is free: an invitation in a free style costs €0. If you pick a Lite style you pay €4,99 once per event; for Pro that is €7,99 per event. Modules such as the disposable camera or the gift list are bought separately, per event. You do not need a subscription.

With a free account you make up to 2 active events, each with up to 25 invited guests and 25 replies. A free invitation disappears 14 days after the day of your party. With Lite or Pro it is kept.

Lite (€4,99 per event) gives you the Lite styles, with up to 100 invited guests and 100 replies per event. Pro (€7,99 per event) opens every style and goes up to 250 invited guests and 250 replies. The digital guestbook is included in both.

When you host often. A subscription covers all your events and every module while it runs. Lite costs €19 for 1 month, €39 for 3 months, €69 for 6 months or €89 for 12 months. Pro costs €39, €59, €89 or €119 for the same terms. Lite allows up to 5 active events at once, Pro up to 10.

No. Guests open your invitation through a link or a QR code, in the browser of their phone, tablet or computer. They do not have to install anything or create an account to reply.

Every invitation gets a link of its own. You share it the way you like: in a group chat, by email or as a QR code on a paper card. From your studio you can also email every guest a personal invitation link. With the module Invite via WhatsApp and SMS (€4,99 per event) you send that personal link from your own phone straight to each guest's number.

Guests reply inside the invitation itself, and in your studio you see who confirmed and who has not answered yet. You can set a deadline and have a reminder sent automatically to everyone who has not replied.

You extend your invitation with modules, per event: the disposable camera that lets every guest take photos (€9,99), the RSVP dashboard (free, included with every plan), the gift list (€9,99), the digital guestbook (€9,99, included with Lite and Pro) and inviting via WhatsApp and SMS (€4,99). With a running subscription every module is included.

You choose Dutch or English per event. You write the text of your invitation yourself, so you put it in the language of your guests.

Yes. Besides the styles in the collection we also design a theme from scratch, around your story. You write a free brief in your account, we build a first version you preview in your account, and only when you like it do you activate the theme for €9,99 (was €29,99). 2 feedback rounds are included; every extra round costs €4,99.

YourInvited is a Belgian service. The company your contract is with is named in the terms of service, with its address and enterprise number. Your data is processed under the GDPR; the privacy policy explains exactly how.
