The Tangled Lights: digital party invitation

Untangle, light up, come.

Every year the Christmas lights come out of the box in a knot, and so does this invitation. At the top hangs a string of eight bulbs whose wires cross. Drag the bulbs around: every wire that still crosses turns red. Once none cross, the bulbs come on one by one in red, gold, green and blue, it starts to snow and the invitation lights up: when, where and why. The impatient let Pieter pull and watch the string untangle itself. The programme is a row of bulbs, the rules of the gift game sit inside three gifts whose lids you lift, and the practical details are behind a fogged-up window you wipe clean with your finger.
