Digital invitation for a surprise party
At a surprise party the invitation does two things at once: get everyone to the right place on time, and keep the secret. At YourInvited you create a digital invitation with one link you share with the invited only, with the agreement at the top that the guest of honour knows nothing. Guests reply inside the invitation, and you see in your studio who is coming. Starting is free; a paid style costs €4,99 or €7,99 once, per event.

What goes on a surprise party invitation?
Everything a normal invitation holds, plus the rules of the game:
- That it is a surprise, as the first line, big.
- Who the party is for and why.
- The time guests have to be there, and the time the guest of honour arrives. Leave a good half hour between them.
- The venue, with the address and where to park without being noticed.
- Who the contact is on the day itself, with a number.
- By when you expect a reply.
How to keep the secret
Share the link with the invited only, never in a group the guest of honour is in. A digital invitation has an advantage over paper here: nothing lies on the kitchen table, and nobody has to hide a card.
Ask guests not to reply on social media and not to post anything before the party has started. One line about that in the invitation works better than ten messages afterwards.
The day itself
On the morning of the party, send one last message with the time and the address to everyone who said yes. Whoever knows when the guest of honour arrives does not walk in late. After the party you gather the photos of the moment itself on one page, so the guest of honour sees the surprise from the other side too.
How it works
- 01
Pick a style
You look at the live demos in the collection and pick the style that fits your celebration.
- 02
Make it yours
You add your own text, date, venue and photos. The style and the animations stay.
- 03
Share your link
You publish and share one link: in a chat, by email or as a QR code on paper.
- 04
Follow the replies
Guests reply inside the invitation. In your studio you see who is coming and who has not answered yet.
What it costs
Starting is free, with up to 25 invited guests per event. A Lite style costs €4,99 once per event, a Pro style €7,99. You do not need a subscription.
All pricesFrequently asked questions
Can the guest of honour find the invitation by accident?
Only if someone passes the link on. The invitation is not in the collection and cannot be found through a search engine; whoever does not have the link does not get in. So share it with the invited only.
Can I invite every guest separately instead of in a group?
Yes. With the Invite via WhatsApp and SMS module (€4,99 per event) you send every guest a personal message to their own number, without a group chat.
Can guests share photos of the moment of the surprise?
Yes, with the Disposable camera module (€9,99 per event). Every guest takes photos on their own phone, and after the party all photos come together on one page where everyone can view and download them.
How many guests can I invite?
Per event up to 25 invited guests with a free account, up to 100 with Lite and up to 250 with Pro.
