An anniversary celebrates a long road: 25, 40 or 50 years married, a retirement after a whole career, or so many years with the same company. The invitation may show that road. At YourInvited you create a digital invitation with photos from then to now, your own text, the date and the address, and your guests reply right inside the invitation. Silver, golden or diamond wedding anniversary

A wedding anniversary is often hosted by the children or the grandchildren. Then put at the top who is inviting, and whether the couple knows about the party. The wedding photo from back then next to a photo from today is the heart of the invitation; the rest is practical.

The usual names: 25 years silver, 40 years ruby, 50 years golden and 60 years diamond. You do not have to use them, but guests recognise them.

Retirement and work anniversaries

At a retirement party or a work anniversary the guests are mixed: colleagues of today and of years ago, family and friends. A digital invitation reaches them all with the same link, and the replies arrive in one place, so the organiser knows the numbers for the catering.

Say who is hosting (the company, the colleagues or the family), whether a partner is welcome, and whether there is a moment with speeches everyone should be there for.

What goes on the invitation?

This belongs on it, in this order:

  • Who or what is celebrated, and the number of years.
  • Who is inviting.
  • The date, the start time and the end time.
  • The venue, with the address.
  • The programme, if there is a reception, a dinner or speeches.
  • A gift tip, a contribution, or the request to bring nothing.
  • By when you expect a reply.

What it costs

Starting is free, with up to 25 invited guests per event. A Lite style costs €4,99 once per event, a Pro style €7,99. You do not need a subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Can guests share a memory or a photo from the old days?

Yes, with the digital guestbook (€9,99 per event, included with Lite and Pro). Guests leave a message, with a photo if they like, and the couple or the guest of honour reads everything back on one page.

Can I ask for a contribution instead of gifts?

Yes. With the Gift list module (€9,99 per event) you put a wish list in the invitation, or your own account details for those who prefer to chip in for a trip or a big gift. Guests pay you directly.

How many guests can I invite?

Per event up to 25 invited guests with a free account, up to 100 with Lite and up to 250 with Pro.

Older guests are not that handy with a smartphone. Does this work for them?

The invitation opens in the browser, on a tablet or a computer too, and nothing has to be installed. You can send the link by email, or put a QR code on a paper card for those who prefer something in their hands.
