What goes on a baby shower invitation?
This is what your guests want to know:
- Who the shower is for, and who is hosting.

- A theme or a dress code, if there is one.

When do you send it?
A baby shower usually takes place four to eight weeks before the due date, and the invitation goes out three to four weeks ahead. Sent as one link, it reaches everyone the same day, and you set a deadline for replies with a reminder for those who have not answered.
In Belgium and the Netherlands the party after the birth is more common: the babyborrel or kraamfeest, where family and friends come to meet the baby. That invitation is prepared ahead and sent once the date is known.
Gifts and the registry

What it costs
Starting is free, with up to 25 invited guests per event. A Lite style costs €4,99 once per event, a Pro style €7,99. You do not need a subscription.

Can I prepare the invitation before the date is fixed?
Yes. You make your invitation ahead and publish it only when you want. Once the date and the venue are set, you fill them in and share the link.
Can I add a gift registry?
With the Gift list module (€9,99 per event) you put a wish list in your invitation. Guests reserve what they bring, so nobody buys the same thing twice. If you prefer a contribution, you add your own account details.
How many people can I invite?
Per event up to 25 invited guests with a free account, up to 100 with Lite and up to 250 with Pro.
Can guests leave a wish for the baby?
Yes, with the digital guestbook (€9,99 per event, included with Lite and Pro). Guests leave a message, with a photo if they like, and the parents keep everything on one page.
