Why a digital invitation for a business event?
A business event is about numbers: the room, the catering and the badges depend on them. When replies come in by email, by phone and in the corridor, you add them up yourself. With a digital invitation everyone replies in the same place and you read the count in your studio.
You can set a deadline for replies and have a reminder sent automatically to everyone who has not answered by then.
What goes on a business invitation?
Keep it businesslike and complete:
- Who is inviting, and on what occasion.
- The date, the start time and the end time.
- The venue with the address, and where to park.
- The programme: welcome, speakers, reception.
- Whether a partner or colleague may come along.
- By when you expect a reply.

For a grand opening you mostly want reach: you share the link on your own channels and put a QR code on your flyer or in your shop window.
For a staff party or a team building day you email every colleague a personal invitation link, so you see per person who replied.
For a networking event the collection has a style made for it. The range of business styles is still limited today; if you prefer something in your own house style, we build an invitation to order.

What it costs
Starting is free, with up to 25 invited guests per event. A Lite style costs €4,99 once per event, a Pro style €7,99. You do not need a subscription.

How many guests can I invite to a corporate event?
Per event up to 25 invited guests with a free account, up to 100 with Lite and up to 250 with Pro. For a larger event, get in touch.
We host several events a year. What is the best value then?
A subscription. It covers all your events and every module while it runs. Lite costs €89 for 12 months with up to 5 active events at once; Pro costs €119 with up to 10 active events.
Can I enter my company details and VAT number?
Yes. At checkout you enter your company name, address and VAT number. Those details then appear on your order confirmation.
Can the invitation be in our own house style?
In a style from the collection you add your own text and photos. If you want an invitation designed entirely in your house style, we make it to order: your brief is free, you see a version first and then activate it for €9,99.
