At YourInvited you create a digital invitation with your photo, the story of the proposal, the date and the address, and your guests reply right inside the invitation. You share one link in the family chat or by email. Starting is free; a paid style costs €4,99 or €7,99 once, per event.

What goes on an engagement party invitation?

Keep it personal and practical. This is what your guests want to read:

  • Your names, and who is hosting if that is the parents.
  • How the proposal went, in a few lines or with a photo.
  • The date, the start time and the end time.
  • The venue, with the full address.
  • Whether partners and children are welcome.
  • By when you expect a reply.
  • A gift tip, or the request to bring nothing at all.

A party, an announcement, or both?

Not every couple throws a party. If you only want to announce the engagement, you use the same page without the RSVP: your photo, the story and the message that the wedding date will follow. If you do host a party, you add the date, the address and the reply button.

The page stays yours afterwards. Once the wedding date is set, you make a save the date in the same style and later the wedding invitation, so your guests see one recognisable line.

When do you send the invitation?

An engagement party usually follows the proposal within a few weeks to a few months. Three to four weeks ahead is enough for most guests; those who travel from far get a message earlier.

You set a deadline for replies and have a reminder sent automatically to everyone who has not answered by then, so you know your numbers in time.

What it costs

Starting is free, with up to 25 invited guests per event. A Lite style costs €4,99 once per event, a Pro style €7,99. You do not need a subscription.

Can I use the same style for the wedding invitation later?

Yes. For your wedding you create a new event in the same style, or in another style from the collection. A free account holds up to 2 active events at once, Lite up to 5 and Pro up to 10.

Can guests leave a wish?

Yes, with the digital guestbook (€9,99 per event, included with Lite and Pro). Guests leave a message, with a photo if they like, and you read everything back on one page.

How many guests can I invite?

Per event up to 25 invited guests with a free account, up to 100 with Lite and up to 250 with Pro.
