The Jack-o'-Lantern: digital party invitation
Carve, light, come.
A Halloween party that starts at the workbench. At the top sits a pumpkin you carve yourself: tap an eye, the nose or the mouth and a cut appears; tap again for another shape (triangle, round, angry, star, grin, scream, row of teeth). Then light the candle: the cuts glow, the light flickers across the page, bats fly past and the invitation lights up. Further down the practical details hang under a real cobweb you wipe away with your finger. The pumpkin you carved travels into the RSVP: you literally put it on the windowsill. Programme as a night in four steps, dress code with a jury, pumpkin soup at midnight.
