The Escape: digital birthday invitation
Three puzzles, one code, one door.
A birthday party as an escape room, and the invitation sits behind a door with a combination lock. A clock at the top runs from the moment you open the page. Three puzzles in the room give the three digits: slide the painting aside (drag) and a digit is scratched on the wall; set the hand of the stopped clock to the hour the doors open (it says so at the top) and a hatch under the clock pops open; listen to the piano tune and play the five notes back on four keys, with real tones. Then turn the three wheels of the combination lock: with the right code the door swings open, confetti falls and the invitation appears with an Escaped stamp. Anyone stuck gets a hint, then the code. Also a plan with little padlocks, a team role (detective, safecracker, talker, torch, panicker) that fills in your role in the RSVP, practical details in an envelope whose seal you break, and a logbook that stops the clock and records your escape time.
The demo opens in a new tab, with sample text and sample photos.
