Airwaves: digital birthday invitation
Tune until the signal is clear.
A milestone birthday as a vintage radio you tune yourself: drag the needle across the FM band, pass silly local stations, watch the static clear and the magic eye open until you lock onto the frequency of the birth year. ON AIR flickers to life, the VU meters dance and the broadcast reveals the invitation. With a programme guide, station statistics and an RSVP that queues your record request with radiating radio waves. Bakelite, brass and warm amber light.
The demo opens in a new tab, with sample text and sample photos.
